319-345MHz Dual Receiver
The 2GIG 319/345 MHz Receiver
is designed to be
installed into the 2GIG Control Panel. This Receiver is
a dual frequency device, enabling communication
between the Control Panel and peripheral devices that
use either the 319 or the 345 MHz frequency.

BEFORE INSTALLING

Disconnect the power from the Control Panel.


1a Un-plug the AC Power Supply.


1b Open the Control Panel.


1c Disconnect the backup battery.

To disconnect the 900 MHz Transceiver Module
inside the Control Panel, pull straight up.
(FIG.1)
If
you don’t pull the module straight up, there is a
danger of breaking either the 3-pin or 5-pin
connectors.
TIP:
The module is located behind the Home Button on
the main circuit panel.
INSTALLING THE 319/345 RECEIVER

Align the 319/345 MHz Receiver to
the 3-Pin Connector.

While maintaining previous
alignment with the 3-pin
connector, align the 319/345
Receiver to the 5-pin Connector.

Press down on the foam pressure
pad to seat the receiver.

After the receiver is properly
seated, hold the receiver in place
(in the control panel) while
inserting the antenna plug fully
into the 319/345 MHz Receiver
antenna mating connector.
MOUNTING THE ANTENNA

Thread the antenna through the
back of the Control Panel into the
wall

Reconnect the battery.

Close the Control Panel.

Plug in the AC Power Supply.
