Description

The Alarm.com ADC-CSVR2000P-BNDL offers one (1) CSVR2000P, a choice between a 2TB or 6TB HDD, and a TP-Link TL-SF1005P five (5) port unmanaged switch. The ADC-CSVR2000P has a gigabit NIC port for a PoE switch. The TL-SF1005P has four (4) PoE+ ports available with a total of 67 W of power.

The Alarm.com ADC-CSVR2000P Pro Series is a commercial stream video recorder line that supports up to 16 cameras. Its 16 separate channel inputs can support up to 4MP (2688 x 1520) resolution. With live view, playback, clip export, and archive export capabilities, this is a full-featured stream video recorder. It supports two (2) local 4K display outputs with up to 3840 x 2160 resolution.

The ADC-CSVR2000P line is an easy-to-use Commercial Stream Video Recorder. It supports Alarm.com for Business features and is great for small to medium commercial properties. As part of the platform, recorded video can automatically be tagged for configured events, such as a particular sensor being faulted, or an alarm system activation. This allows the user to easily jump to these events when reviewing footage. Footage can be viewed from the mobile app or the Alarm.com website, in addition to locally, so your video is accessible from nearly anywhere and at any time.

The ADC-CSVR2000P does not have its own PoE ports. Up to 16 cameras are supported with the CSVR, but to add them the user will need to add a separate PoE-capable switch, or they will have to provide power to the cameras in another way, and then connect the cameras to the network via a regular switch. This bundle solves that issue by offering the TP-Link TL-SF1005P four (4) port PoE+ capable switch.

The TP-Link TL-SF1005P is a five (5) port switch with four (4) ports that support PoE+. It supports IEEE 802.3af/at compliant Powered Devices (PDs). When a compliant device is connected, the SF1005P automatically senses it and provides it with power. Each of Ports 1 - 4 can support up to 30W, as long as all PoE PDs don't exceed 67W. The power overload arrangement of this device means that Ports 1 - 3 have a higher priority than Port-4. If the PoE current requirement exceeds the switch's capacity, Port-4 will be shut down. If it is still too high, then Port-3 will be shut down, and so on.

Extend Mode is enabled via a switch on the TL-SF1005P. When this mode is enabled, the network speed is reduced to 10 Mbps, but the transmitting distance is increased. In Extend Mode, data and power can be pushed up to 250m (820'). Other factors may affect this transmitting distance such as cable quality and type. If extended cable runs are not required, disable Extend Mode and data will transmit at 100 Mbps and data and power can travel up to 100m (328').

The TP-Link TL-SF1005P has a durable build with a metal housing to protect the internal components. It can sit atop your desk, or be mounted to a wall. The switch does not have a built-in fan, so it is noiseless. Its small form factor allows it to disappear in nearly any environment.
