Three external antenna options are available
for
the AlarmNet LTE-
I communicator
s



1.

The
CELL
-
ANTHB
: Interior blade antenna which mounts directly on the case/cabinet (no
remote mounting option available). It comes with the CELL
-EXT (external antenna
adaptor) and removal tool, and the antenna provides up to 4dB gain.


2.

The CELL
-
ANTSMA
: Interior flat blade antenna with a fixed 10
-
foot
-
long cable.
It
comes with all mounting hardware and the CELL
-EXT (external antenna adapter).

This antenna does not provide a dB gain but can be useful in applications where the
communicator is mounted in an enclosed space (such as an equipment closet) and doesn’t
get sufficient signal strength. The 10
-foot reach may allow for the antenna to be mounted
outside the enclosed space where it may receive better signal, leaving the communicator
itself installed
within the enclosed space.


3.

The CELL
-
ANT3dB
:

Interior/exterior antenna with 3dB gain.
This antenna comes with
the mounting bracket shown in the picture and includes the CELL
-EXT (external
antenna adapter).
This antenna is included in several kits
, cover
ed on page 2. Those kits

will provide cabling necessary for a complete install
.




NOTE:
The

GSM
-
ANT3dB is NOT

compatible with LTE communicators.

The
CELL
-
ANT3dB antenna is
designed to support multiple bands for 4G
LTE and 3G
communicators. Using a GSM
-ANT
3dB on an LTE device will give unpredictable results
and must not be used.

Three kits are available for the CELL-
ANT3dB interior/exterior antenna


1.

CELL3dBKT:
This kit includes; CELL
-
ANT3dB antenna and WA7626
-
CA (w/bracket).


2.

CELL3dB25KT:
This 3dB interior/exterior antenna kit includes everything listed with the
CELL3
dBKT and includes a 25-
foot low
-impedance cable that will connect to the antenna.


3.

CELL3dB50KT:
This 3dB interior/exterior antenna kit includes everything listed with the
CELL3dBKT and includes a 50
-
foot low
-
imp
edance cable that will connect to the antenna.
