Dear Valued Customer,
Resideo Technologies is sharing some important info
rmation regarding the 7810PCS displaying a fan
trouble while the fans are working properly. This i
ssue does not affect device performance or alarm
monitoring and is not a life safety issue.

Firmware Update
If the 7810PCS displays a fan trouble but the fans
are working, the firmware should be updated to
version 3.2.7.12 or higher.

h).


BIOS Server Update
If updating the firmware 3.2.7.12 does not resolve
the issue, please update the BIOS on the server.
