PROA7-FA and PROA7PLUS-FA Control Panels

Dear Valued Customer,

Resideo has determined a scenario where enrolled Pr
oSiX Sensors may become unenrolled
during a ProSeries panel replacement and cannot be
re-enrolled, requiring physical replacement
of the affected sensors.
This scenario specifically occurs when installing a
PROA7-FA or PROA7PLUS-FA with
firmware
version 03.2476.174
as a replacement for a previously installed ProSer
ies control panel.
Please note the following:
•

Other wireless sensor technologies that communicate
through the PROTAKEOVER module
or previously included motion viewers are not affec
ted the same way. While these sensors
may be removed from the programming, they can be re
-enrolled without physical
replacement.
•

NEW installations are not impacted; however, we rec
ommend including all applicable
firmware updates in your standard installation chec
klist.

Firmware version
03.2476.183
has been released to resolve this issue. Updated p
anels are
available at local distribu7on centers.
Before performing any panel replacement, confirm tha
t the replacement panel has firmware
version 03.2476.183 or higher installed.

The panel firmware version can be verified on the MAC
address label located on the product
packaging, when purchasing or prior to install.
