has released new
firmware for ProSeries control panels (03.2476.204)
that improves the end-
user and installa(on experience on PROSeries system
s.

The improvements include the following:
•

Touchscreen Sensitivity
•

Silent Alarm vs Silencing of an Alarm Differentiati
on
•

RFSIX Signal Strength Display

Touch Sensivity
A small number of PROA7-FA and PROA7PLUS-FA control
panels may experience inaccuracy or lag
when using the touchscreen, due to a touchscreen se
nsitivity issue. We have adjusted the
touchscreen sensitivity to resolve this issue
.
Note
: This issue impacts only a small subset of the
PROA7-
FA and PROA7PLUS-FA
control
panels; other PROA7 or PROA7PLUS models are not imp
acted
Silent Panic vs Silencing of an Alarm
During an ac(ve alarm, a small number of users inad
vertently press the
Panic
icon followed by
the
Silent Alarm

bu3on, rather than entering their user code to sile
nce the alarm. This ac(on
sends an alarm signal to the police while stopping
the local audible alarm. To reduce confusion,
the user interface has been updated to clarify that
the primary func(on of the silent alarm
feature is to no(fy law enforcement. As part of thi
s update, the
SILENT ALARM
bu3on has been
renamed
POLICE ALARM (SILENT)
.

Note:
Since the Emergency screen interface has been consi
stent across
all ProSeries models

since launch, all previously installed ProSeries co
ntrol panels can receive this firmware
update and benefit from the improvement.

RF Signal Strength:

Following the release of firmware versions 03.2476.1
74 / 03.2476.183 in August 2025 for the
PROA7-FA
control panels, some installa(ons experienced an is
sue where the RFSIX signal
strength bar graph is not displayed on the screen.
A correc(ve update has now been
implemented to ensure the signal strength bar graph
is properly displayed on all PROA7-FA
systems.
Notes:

ProSeries control panels released prior to these mo
dels are not affected by this issue. No
ac(on is required for those models.

PROA7PLUS-FA control panels are not affected by thi
s issue. No ac(on is required for this
model.
Firmware (
03.2476.204) Availability:
AN360:
The new firmware is now available on the AN360 porta
l, allowing installers to update
any affected, already installed ProSeries control pa
nels, as well as any new installa(ons that may
be running earlier firmware versions.
NOTE:
These units must have the following conditions to e
nable the firmware update:

Wi-
Fi connected
-

Disarmed state
-

No alarms in memory
-

No AC Loss
-

No Reporting in process
-

Not in Walk test mode or programming mode

Producon:

New produc(on PROA7-
FA and PROA7PLUS-FA control panels are now being
shipped to distributors with the updated firmware in
stalled. It may take a few weeks for all
exis(ng ProSeries inventory at distributors to be f
ully refreshed with this firmware.
To verify whether a control panel in the box contai
ns the latest firmware, simply check the label
on the side of the packaging, which lists the firmwa
re revision.
Remember, you can always update the control panel’s
firmware during installa(on if needed.
