Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of upcoming changes th
at will impact the AlarmNet360 website and mobile
app beginning April 14, 2026.

Starting on April 14, AlarmNet 360 will begin offer
ing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all logins/
users
of the
www.alarmnet360.com
website and the AlarmNet 360 mobile app. This cha
nge provides an
additional layer of security for your AlarmNet 360
account.

At login AlarmNet 360 Users will be prompted to:
•

Set up 2FA for their profile.
Or
•

Defer setup of 2FA to a later date of their choosin
g.

NOTE:
2FA is optional for all users of AlarmNet 360 and
can be disabled after initial use. Users who do no
t
use 2FA will be prompted to change their password e
very 90 days.

What Types of Two-Factor Authentication Will Be Sup
ported:

AlarmNet 360 will support two types of 2FA
a.

Email based - AlarmNet 360 will send a verification
code to the email address on the User’s profile
b.

App Based - Users may use their own authenticator a
pp to generate a unique code for validation
