Resideo Technologies, Inc. ("Resideo"), has identified a manufacturing issue on certain units of the
5821

where the sensor may not communicate
to the control panel, or may not be detected during the enrollme
nt process of an installation.

Resideo has quarantined the issue in manufacturing and is actively working towards a quick and
effective resolution. Resideo determined that the affected sensors are date
-
coded between 2330 and
2340 as shown in the following
photograph.
