The First Alert CX4AGBCP is a gang-box converter plate designed for seamless installation of CX4 series cameras—such as the CX4B, CX4D, and CX4T—on standard 1-gang electrical boxes. Whether you are upgrading an existing install or fitting into a retro-wired surface, this adapter plate simplifies mounting while maintaining a professional finish.

Installation is clean and efficient: attach the plate to the existing 1-gang box, route your camera’s wiring through the larger cut-out, and mount the CX4 camera of your choice (see the First Alert CX4 camera line for compatible models). The 2-piece construction allows easier access to wiring and makes it easier to manage conduit or surface wiring when required.

This accessory is particularly useful in retrofit scenarios where you have standard single-gang boxes but want to mount modern CX4 AI-capable cameras.
