VIVOTEK AM-51D
Prism Series Electrical Box Adapting Plate
Description
The VIVOTEK AM-51D is a ceiling mount adapting plate designed for Prism Series camera installations using standard 4-inch electrical boxes. It provides a secure and organized mounting interface that allows compatible cameras to be installed directly onto common electrical box configurations.
This adapter plate is designed for use with compatible Prism Series cameras including the ADC-VC8498PA and ADC-VC8498P. By adapting the camera mount to a standard electrical box, the AM-51D helps simplify installation while supporting a cleaner and more professional finished appearance.
The AM-51D is especially useful in commercial and retrofit installations where existing 4-inch electrical boxes are already present. Instead of requiring additional mounting modifications, the adapter plate allows installers to reuse existing infrastructure, helping reduce installation time and improve mounting flexibility.
Designed for ceiling-mounted applications, the plate helps provide stable camera support while also improving cable management around the installation area. This can help create a cleaner installation and reduce visible wiring around the camera base.
Constructed for long-term use, the AM-51D is designed to support reliable camera mounting in both commercial and professional surveillance environments. Its low-profile design allows it to blend with compatible camera housings and mounting surfaces.
The VIVOTEK AM-51D is a practical mounting accessory for Prism Series cameras, providing a straightforward way to adapt installations to standard 4-inch electrical boxes while maintaining secure and professional camera placement.
