Dear Valued Customer,

This noce is to inform you that the
VISTA-21iP and VISTA-21iPLT control panels will be
disconnued for sale in the U.S. and Canada effecve
May 1, 2026
. These panels are not
compable with the LTE radio technologies currently
supported by cellular network carriers. As
a result, dealers should disconnue installing thes
e models in the U.S. and Canada.

Sales of the
VISTA-21iP
will connue in markets
outside

the U.S. and Canada.

Important: This disconnuaon applies only to the V
ISTA-21iP and VISTA-21iPLT models. All
other VISTA hybrid panels remain available and are
not affected by this announcement.

For system designs requiring LTE-supported hybrid c
ontrols in the U.S. and Canada, please use
one of the following models, which support the LTE
cellular radio opons currently offered:
