Dear Valued Customer,

The purpose of this communication is to alert you t
hat Resideo will be pushing out a software update t
o
PROA7PLUS and PROA7 control panels. Panels that hav
e an active
WiFi and/or cellular connection
will
receive this update. Panels will receive updates wh
en in the dis-armed state.
This update provides a system enhancement that impr
oves backup battery life management. Should a contr
ol
panel experience a low backup battery condition, Re
sideo recommends replacing it with part number
PROA7BAT2, available at ADI. The ProSeries control
panel was designed for homeowners and business
owners to be able to easily replace consumable item
s on their own without the need for a service call.

Below is a list of additional enhancements for the
