Sales Tax Policy
If a purchased item is subject to sales tax in the state where it is being shipped to, it will be calculated in the final selling price. These taxes are usually on the total selling price of an item including any handling charges, though what specifically is taxed are subject to local state laws which Alarm Grid works to comply with.
Orders Subject to Sales Tax All tangible products sold by Alarm Grid Inc that are shipped to the following destinations are subject to sales tax. For many jurisdictions monitoring is not subject to sales tax. The table below is a list of states that Alarm Grid is charging taxes in for tangible products. The second column shows whether the state also charges sales tax on monitoring:|
