Alarm.com: User Explains Why He Chose Interactive Services

After reading about Alarm.com online, I was really interested in home automation in things like the automatic thermostat, which we have in the house. The ability to log on and change the settings or disarm the alarm or turn on the thermostat or turn on the lights, those are all big things for me. I also realized they did alarm systems things as well with 24 hour monitoring and I looked into it a little bit further, and I thought that this was something I wanted to pursue. The installation was very quick, very simple, very straightforward, and actually pretty fast. It only took about maybe an hour and a half or so. The customization process was actually pretty straightforward and easy. It probably took me about 10 to 15 minutes of navigating through the website. It's very intuitive and I'm very glad I took the time to do it. I think the biggest thing was the constant access, the ability to get into a status update on the house from the web, from my cell phone, the mobile app. It keeps me informed about who's coming and going from the property and when things are occurring. I feel like I have better knowledge and better response to action.
