Honeywell 5800MINI - Wireless Door/Window Sensor

Good Morning, What loop are the sensors in? Are they set to Reed, not external? If the serial numbers are correct then these are most likely the issues with the programming. We could always check for you on our side if you were a monitored customer. We have 8 plans to select from, starting as low as $10.00 per month, and all plans free from contracts, activation fees and hidden charges. Feel free to review the available plans online at https://www.alarmgrid.com/monitoring and you can sign-up through the website at your convenience.
So, I installed these and when they are opened in when armed the alarm goes off. The problem is that I can arm the alarm with them open. I want it to be like the other sensors that if they are faulted I cannot arm the alarm. Can you please help me?
