Dear Valued Customer,

Effecve on August 15, 2025, the weather feature wil
l no longer be supported on older
touchscreen keypads that Resideo stopped manufactur
ing in 2019. The impacted touchscreen
part numbers are provided below:
•

TUX
•

TUXWIFIS
•

TUXWIFIW
On these keypads, the weather will not be displayed
and any acons programmed in a sunset
scene will no longer update.
The TUXEDOW and TUXEDOWC touchscreen keypad will co
nnue to support the weather
feature and associated sunset scene acons.
While this will only impact a small number of syste
ms, we understand that this may cause some
disrupon with customers.
To support those instances, Resideo will offer a swa
p program. If you choose to replace any TUX,
TUXWIFIS, TUXWIFIW keypad with a new TUXEDOW or TUX
EDOWC, you can return the old
product to the distributor you purchased it from an
d get a full credit for the price you paid.
