Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change
that will impact Lyric® Security Systems beginning
April 15, 2026.
The legacy authentication process used by Lyric pan
els to connect to AlarmNet™

360 system (AN360) is
expiring. As a result, certain configuration and man
agement capabilities will no longer be supported
after this date.

All active Lyric systems will continue to operate n
ormally, including:


Core system functionality
– Lyric system will continue to operate as it does
today,
including arm/disarm capabilities and user code man
agement.


Connected services
– Total Connect services, alarm reporting, and two
-way voice will
continue without interruption.
