We are writing to provide an important update regarding your Lyric® panels.


As previously communicated, remote connectivity for Lyric systems was impacted due to an expired
security certificate from the certificate provider. While alarm routing continues to function as
expected, remote capabilities such as configuration changes, s
ensor additions, and device
replacements were unavailable. After actively working with the certificate provider, we’re pleased to
share that an extension has been secured, which will restore fully supported communication
capabilities through June 1, 2028.
