Jim Flick - Jabco Construction

Jim Flick of Jabco Construction operates out of Seattle, WA. He provides security system installation services for the Seattle Metropolitan Area and the surrounding regions. Jim works exclusively with Honeywell and Ademco Alarm Systems. He performs commercial and residential installations.

Jim has been working with alarm systems since 1969, when he was just a teenager. He got his professional start with Pro Tech Alarm Systems, and he later founded his own company in 1982. This company was eventually sold, and Jim founded his current company Jabco Construction in 1999. He is the owner and operator of Jabco Construction, and to this day still completes the installations. He currently accepts jobs on a case by case basis.

Jim is prepared to work with both commercial and residential Honeywell Alarm Systems. He always provides neat and tidy installations and friendly service. Jim cut his teeth working on the complicated and intricate Ademco Alarm Systems of the 70s and 80s, and the new modern systems are a piece of cake for him. He sticks exclusively to Honeywell Systems, include the hardwired VISTA Panels, the LYNX touch Panels, and the Honeywell Lyric Controller.

As a professional installer, Jim has completed many major projects through the years. Some of his best work includes installing CCTV systems for the chain of Brown Bear Carwash, providing complete security services for the NC Machinery Caterpillar Dealership and performing security on the Tacoma Narrows Bridges. Some of his best residential work includes installing complete alarm systems for mansions in excess of 7,000 sq. ft.

Jim also served as a firefighter and paramedic for more than 20 years, and he spent an additional 12 years as part of the Advanced Life Support Medic 1 Dispatch Team. Today, Jim is certified for low-voltage electronics, and he is committed to providing top-of-the-line installation services for his clients.
