Resideo 4939SN

The Resideo 4939SN is a V-Plex surface mount contact with an included magnet. It is compatible with Vista polling loop panels. It is available in white, grey, or brown and includes the matching magnet. The Resideo 4939SN provides dependable open and close detection for doors and windows while allowing each device to be individually identified on the V-Plex loop. This makes it well suited for installations where precise zone identification and streamlined wiring are important.

Unlike traditional hardwired contacts that require individual zone wiring, the 4939SN connects to a V-Plex polling loop, allowing multiple devices to share the same wiring path while still reporting as unique zones. This simplifies installation and troubleshooting, especially in larger systems where running separate wires for each opening would be impractical. It is only compatible with Honeywell Polling Loop Panels. This includes the panels from the Honeywell VISTA TURBO Series, such as the Honeywell VISTA-128BPT and the Honeywell VISTA-250BPT.

The contact is surface mounted, making it easy to install on doors, windows, and other openings without requiring drilling for recessed placement. The included magnet aligns with the sensor body to maintain a closed circuit when the opening is secured. When the door or window is opened, the magnet separates from the contact, causing the device to signal the control panel.
