Description

The VIVOTEK AM-114 Prism Series pendant head is an outdoor ceiling mount accessory designed for compatible Prism Series security cameras. It provides an efficient pendant-style mounting solution that allows supported cameras to be suspended from ceilings, overhangs, or compatible extension hardware for improved positioning and installation flexibility.

This pendant head is compatible with Prism Series cameras including the ADC-VC8498PA, ADC-VC8498P, and ADC-VC8295P. It creates a secure mounting interface between the camera and supporting hardware, helping installers achieve a clean and professional installation while maintaining proper camera alignment and stability.

The AM-114 is engineered for ceiling-mounted surveillance applications where dependable positioning and efficient use of mounting space are important. Pendant mounting can improve camera placement flexibility and help optimize viewing angles in both commercial and residential environments.

Constructed from aluminum alloy, the AM-114 provides strong durability while remaining lightweight and versatile. The metal construction supports long-term outdoor use and allows the mount to withstand environmental exposure in demanding surveillance installations.

This mount can also be paired with the optional AM-117 extension, allowing the camera to be suspended farther from the mounting surface when additional clearance or improved viewing angles are needed. This is especially beneficial for higher ceilings or installations with structural obstructions.

Installation of the AM-114 requires either the VIVOTEK AM-528 or VIVOTEK AM-52E mounting adapter, depending on the installation design. These accessories provide the proper threaded interface required for secure attachment.

The VIVOTEK AM-114 Prism Series pendant head is a practical mounting solution for outdoor Prism camera installations, delivering efficient ceiling mounting, flexible positioning, and durable aluminum construction for long-term surveillance deployments.
