Known Issues:


1.

Cell radio test may fail after cell radio swap. Resolution: Remove cell radio and then plug cell radio into the
panel again. Wait for cell to power up and r
egister, then rerun the cell test.

2.

Sensor LOS does not clear if the sensor is learned in with the wrong Equipment Code (eSeries vs non
-
eSeries)
even after the equipment code is corrected. Resolutions: Delete sensor and relearn with correct Equipment
Cod
e.

3.

Pressing * on PAD1 during a Police alarm the system will announce “Emergency” instead of “Police” alarm.

4.

Some GC3e panel were shipped with a Installer Quick Start Guide with an incorrect default installer code. The
default installer code is still 1561.
