The 2GIG FTD100-345 is a wireless detector that monitors for both flood conditions and low temperatures to help prevent costly water damage and freeze-related issues in your home or business. This combined sensor is designed for use with compatible 345 MHz wireless alarm systems and eliminates the need for running additional wiring to detect environmental threats.

Operating on 345 MHz, the FTD100-345 integrates seamlessly with panels like the GC Touch as well as other 2GIG Panels and compatible 345 MHz systems. By default it transmits in non-encrypted mode, but an internal switch lets you enable encryption when used in more advanced systems. The unit is fully supervised and tamper protected — your panel receives regular check-ins, battery status, and alerts if the sensor is disturbed.

Flood detection is one of the most effective ways to protect basements, utility rooms, laundry areas, and anywhere a water line, sump pump, water heater, or dishwasher may leak. When water reaches the sensing probes or pad, the FTD100-345 sends an immediate signal to the control panel, allowing the system to alert you through local alarms, mobile notifications, and central station monitoring if supported.
