Hi, DIYers. Jarrett With Alarm Grid here. Today, we're going to be changing the date and time on the Honeywell Lyric controller. Now, for monitored customers, the date and time that does show on your Lyric controller is programmed within the AlarmNet 360 accounts. And it is based off of the time zone that is chosen in the AlarmNet 360 server. Now, for Lyric systems that are not being monitored, if you want to change the date and time on your Lyric controller, this is how you'll do it. So first off, you're going to press Security. And then you're going to press Tools. And you're going to type in the master code. Default master code is 1234. And as you can see, once you type in the master code, it's going to take you to the Master Tools menu. So to change the date and time, you're going to look on the bottom left where it says Date Time. And you're going to tap on that. And as you can see, the month is on the top left. The year is on the top right. And the date that you can choose is directly in the middle. So to change the month, you're just going to hit the arrow to change the month. To change the year, you're just going to hit the arrow until you can change the year. So as of right now, we are on December 26th of 2018, and it is already set to the 26th. But if you were to change that, you just tap the day that you want it to be. Once you're done with that, you're going to hit the down arrow. And this is where you can change the time. So right now, the time will be portrayed. What you're going to want to do is just press Clear, and then you're going to type in the time that you're in. So right now, it is 9:44 AM. So what you're going to type in is 0-9-4-4. And as you should see in the bottom, you have AM and PM. You're going to choose what it is. So right now, we're at AM. So you're just going to press that. And then once you type in the time, you're going to hit the down arrow. And this is where you're going to change the time zone and the daylight savings options. So to change the time zone, as you can see in the top left, you'll just tap the Time Zone until you see the time zone you're in. So right now, we're in Eastern. So I'm going to change it back to Eastern. And for Daylight Savings Time, it is directly underneath the Time Zone. So if you want to change that, you'll either tap for no or you can tap for yes. And for the Start Month and the End Month, if you want to change those, you're just going to tap on the Start Month. And you're going to choose the month that you know your daylight savings starts. So [INAUDIBLE] already set to, it was set to March. And for the End Month, you're just going to tap on that as well, and you're going to choose the end month that you know daylight savings does, and on. So it was already programmed to November. So I just clicked on November again. As you can see, for the start week, it is set on Seconds. But if you do want to change that, you're just going to tap it until it changes. And you'll choose what your start week will be. And the end week, it is set for the First. But if you do want to change that, you'll just tap that until you see your end week. Once you're done with all of that, all you're going to do is press the Save button. It's going to take you back to the Master Tools menu. And then you're just going hit the Home button to go back to the Home screen. And that is how you change the date and time on the Honeywell Lyric controller.
