The Telguard ACD-35 is a low loss, high performance cable in a 35-foot length. It is suitable for use with any LTE cellular alarm communicator, and is provided by Telguard for their EXDL-0 and HGDL-0 antennas when used with the TG-1B, TG-4, and TG-7 Series communicators. It comes with installation hardware included.
The Telguard cellular communicators have a built-in antenna. There are times when the mounting location for the communicator is not the best location to receive cellular signal. In such cases, one of the Telguard external antennas can assist with procuring an adequate signal. Using an external antenna and a cable of the proper length, a user can move the antenna to a more suitable location. In some cases, the external antenna may even provide a bit of signal gain. The ACD-35 will allow the user to locate the antenna up to 35-feet from the communicator. When choosing the antenna wiring, it is best not to have any more cable length than is absolutely necessary. Telguard also offers the ACD-35, ACD-50, and ACD-100 in 35', 50', and 100' precut lengths respectively.
In addition to being directly compatible with the above referenced communicators, the ACD-35 can also be used to extend the antenna for the Telguard TG-1 Express. The TG-1 Express has a different type of connector for the antenna. For those communicators, you must use a Telguard CTXL-12 to connect to the LTE communicator, then you can extend that wiring by using the ACD-12, ACD-35, ACD-50, or ACD-100.
