Important Note about the 2GIG TS1/TS2:

Either of the files above will provide a firmware update for both the 2GIG GC2e, and the 2GIG TS1/TS2 to version 1.24. Prior to the release of Firmware Version 1.23, the highest available firmware for the TS1 was 1.16.0.1 (even though the 2GIG GC2 panel firmware goes up to 1.19.4). That Firmware Version can be downloaded along with the 2GIG GC2 firmware at the 2GIG GC2 Firmware Update Page.

Whether you are updating the panel using the Easy Updater Tool or the Update Cable, you will need a driver file to be installed prior to using either device. 2GIG seems to have included the driver file with each update file they release for the 2GIG GC2e, however, that may not always be the case. If the driver file is not included in the zip file you download, you can get it here: CDM21228_setup.exe
