Description
The Arlo Knob Mount offers a simple outdoor installation option for the Arlo HD, Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 Cameras. Its weatherproof design allows for outdoor use, and it can be used indoors as well. The accessory also has an adjustable swivel base that allows for flexible positioning.
In the box, users receive a mounting base, the mount itself and a pair of screws for securing the appliance. The mount extends 2 inches from the base, and the swivel base lets the user position their camera appropriately. This way, the camera can be faced in a direction where it can capture the most activity and to where its integrated motion sensor can respond most effectively.
Regardless of where you mount an Arlo Camera, it should always be within 300 feet of its base station. This max distance can be reduced due to the presence of walls, large metal objects and other obstacles. Other mounting options include Wall Mounts, Quadpod Mounts, Outdoor Mounts and Table and Ceiling Mounts. Additionally, each Arlo Camera comes included with a magnetic mount for standard mounting.
