Honeywell Vista 128BPT vs Vista 21iP

Honeywell’s Vista 128BPT is a powerful member of the Vista series and is part of the Honeywell commercial alarm panels. The Vista 128BPT provides 8 separate partitions and accommodates up to 150 user codes with 7 authority levels. The Vista 128BPT has 8 on board hardwired zones and supports up to 119 additional zones using a built in polling V-Plex multiplex loop interface. The Vista 128BPT when paired with 2, 5800 series wireless receivers will also support up to 127 wireless zones. The Vista 128BPT supports up to a total of 31 alpha keypads and up to 6 graphic keypads. The Vista 128BPT keeps a log of 512 events.The Vista 128BPT control panel is UL listed and supports CCTV and Access Control.

Honeywell’s Vista 128BPT would be overkill in a standard residence, but is perfect for a large commercial site.

Honeywell’s Vista 21iP is also part of the Vista series and is ideal for residential and smaller commercial properties. The Vista 21iP provides 2 partitions and 1 common partition and accommodates up to 48 user codes. The Vista 21iP has 8 on board hardwired zones and will support up to 40 hardwired expansion zones when paired with a 4219 relay or up to 40 wireless expansion zones when paired with a 5800 series wireless receiver or an RF keypad. The Vista 21iP supports up to a total of 8 Alpha and Fixed keypads and up to 4 graphic keypads. The Vista 21iP keeps a log of 100 events. The Vista 21iP also supports IP Cameras and has a built in 7847i internet communicator.
