Go!Control Replacement AC Transformer with 10 foot power cable
Description
For those who do not want to make a custom cable, 2GIG offers the AC2-PLUG Power Supply. This has the same input (120 VAC @ 60 Hz) and output (14 VDC @ 1700 mA) as the included AC1, but it comes with a 10-foot cable and a prefabricated male DC (barrel) connector on the end. It works with the GC2 and GC3 Systems.
The 2GIG Go!Control GC2 and 2GIG GC3 Alarm Systems come with a single AC1 transformer. No wire is included with the system. The alarm system has screw terminals where an installer can attach a custom length of 2-conductor wire or, as an alternative, an LT-Cable.
There is a round, femaly power port on the backside of these panels that is specifically designed for the AC2-PLUG. Using the AC2 power supply will prevent the need for any extra parts. If you already have a 2GIG Panel you can purchase this unit separately. Otherwise, you can purchase the 2GIG CP21-345AC2 - Go!Control with AC Power Supply kit. This kit comes with the AC2 instead of the AC1.
