The IQ Panel 5 PG Verizon LTE 10-1 Kit is a complete wireless security system designed for larger homes or properties that need expanded perimeter and interior protection. This kit is built around the Qolsys IQ Panel 5 (IQP5017) and includes PowerG wireless sensors for reliable, long-range intrusion detection.

The IQ Panel 5 serves as the system’s central hub. It includes built-in Verizon LTE and dual-band Wi-Fi for dual-path communication, helping ensure consistent connectivity to Alarm.com services even if one path is unavailable. The panel runs on Android 14 and uses a high-performance Qualcomm processor to deliver fast response times, smooth touchscreen operation, and long-term platform support. This kit includes ten DSC PowerG PGP9303 door and window contacts. These sensors are used to protect doors, windows, and other perimeter openings. They communicate using encrypted two-way PowerG wireless technology at 915 MHz, which provides excellent range, strong resistance to interference, and long battery life. This makes them well suited for larger homes where sensors may be spread out.

Also included is one DSC PowerG PGP9914 motion detector. This motion sensor provides interior coverage for common areas such as living rooms, hallways, or basements. It uses advanced detection algorithms to help reduce false alarms while maintaining reliable motion detection. Like the door and window sensors, it communicates securely with the panel using PowerG wireless technology.

The IQ Panel 5 supports up to 128 PowerG security devices, allowing this kit to be expanded well beyond what is included. It also supports Z-Wave smart home devices and integrates fully with Alarm.com for remote arming, notifications, and automation.
