Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus 319.5 MHz Verizon-LTE 3-1 PowerG Kit

The QOLSYS-1280-PGPK-VZ provides everything needed to protect a small home or apartment. This 3-1 security system kit includes a 319.5 MHz IQ Panel 2 Plus System with Integrated Verizon LTE, a DSC PG9914 PowerG Motion Detector, and three (3) DSC PG9303 Door/Window Contact Sensors.

The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus is one of our most favorite security systems for several reasons. Its menus are extremely intuitive, and its user interface (UI) makes the system a joy to operate. It looks great on a wall or a table stand with its 7" touchscreen. The panel also provides support for up to 128 wireless zones, automatic Bluetooth disarming, partitioning, built-in Z-Wave Plus, livestreaming for compatible Alarm.com cameras, and much more. This is the 319.5 MHz model that supports Legacy Qolsys, Legacy Interlogix, and PowerG Sensors.

The sensors included with this kit are all PowerG devices. This means that they offer an astounding wireless range of 2,000 feet when communicating with the IQ Panel 2 Plus with direct line-of-sight. These sensors also utilize 128-bit AES encryption, making them nearly impossible for others to hack or takeover wirelessly. The PG9303 Contacts work with nearly any door or window, while the PG9914 provides pet immunity for small animals weighing up to 85 pounds.

This system also includes a built-in Verizon LTE Communicator for connecting with the Alarm.com servers. Cellular connectivity ensures reliable monitoring service, while being able to access Alarm.com offers many conveniences. You can access Alarm.com from almost anywhere using the Alarm.com Mobile App. The panel also has a WIFI card, making it dual-path ready right out of the box. Just keep in mind that a Gold Plan or higher is needed to activate this system for monitoring service.

Note: The IQ Panel 2 Plus supports up to 152 total Z-Wave devices for local Z-Wave control. There is also a smaller limit for different types of Z-Wave devices. The individual limit for each Z-Wave device type must be manually increased within Installer/Dealer Level Programming. Please also note that Alarm.com has its own smaller limit of 122 total Z-Wave devices for remote operation and use with smart scenes.
