How Do I Change the Installer Code on the IQ Panel 5 Panel?

6. Select Installer Code from the Installation menu. A code entry screen opens where you enter the new Installer Code.

7. Enter the new Installer Code and confirm it. Enter the code a second time to verify it. The panel saves the new Installer Code immediately.

After Changing the Installer Code

Once the Installer Code is updated, store the new code securely. The Installer Code is used whenever sensors need to be added or edited, arming behavior needs to be adjusted, or system tests need to be run.
