How Do I Connect My LYNX L5100 to a Monitoring Service?
Wether you purchased your Honeywell L5100 LYNX Touch from our website or somewhere else, you have come to the right place. Simply visit our no contract monitoring page which breaks down the 3 basic plans that we offer.
Choose a plan - click the sign up bottom at the bottom of the desired plan's column. Make sure that you check off any add-ons (i.e. cellular communication, video surveillance and remote home automation). After signing up, you will receive an automated email requesting a time/date for activating your wireless alarm system and the MAC and MAC CRC addresses from your L5100WIFI (internet) or GSMVLP5-4G (cellular communicator). If you are using a phone line you will not need to send the addresses since you do not have them.
Self-monitoring plans can be activated and registered on our end but in some instances need you to issue a reboot of the panel. Any plan includes central station monitoring requires some paperwork. This paperwork will be sent via email post signup. Fill this out to the best of your ability and have it ready for the scheduled activation session which generally takes 30 to 45 minutes.
