How Do I Setup TC 2.0 On My Phone?

You can setup TC 2.0 on your phone by downloading the Total Connect 2.0 Mobile App. This official mobile app provides virtually all of the same great features and functions as the Total Connect 2.0 website. But the ability to control your system from your phone offers great convenience.

Total Connect 2.0 is an interactive service platform that is designed exclusively for use with Honeywell Alarm Systems. This includes any Honeywell Lyric Controller, Honeywell LYNX Touch and most Honeywell VISTA Systems. A user can perform many functions through Total Connect 2.0. Some of these functions include arming and disarming the system, controlling Z-Wave smart home devices, checking the status of sensors, viewing Honeywell IP Cameras and more.

In order to use Total Connect 2.0, you must have an alarm monitoring plan that includes access to the service. Your system must also have an active internet and/or cellular connection to access the AlarmNet servers. Your alarm monitoring company will send you information so that you can create your own Total Connect 2.0 account so that you can log-in to the service. Once you have a TC2 account, you will be able to use the TC2 Mobile App on your iOS or Android device.

Complete the following steps to setup TC 2.0 on your phone:

1. Get the mobile app. The Total Connect 2.0 Mobile App can be downloaded for free from both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Open the appropriate store, and download the TC2 Mobile App. The app can be identified by the following logo:


2. Log-in to TC2. Open the TC2 Mobile App on your phone. Provide your Total Connect username and password to log-in to the service. You will then have full access to the Total Connect 2.0 service.

3. Use Total Connect. Now that you have accessed Total Connect 2.0, you can perform various functions for your alarm system. Once you have finished, you can log out of the service. Total Connect 2.0 will also log you out automatically if there is no activity after a certain period of time.
