How Do I Save Recordings from the IPCAM-WO?
To save recordings from the IPCAM-WO IP Camera, you must first log-in to Total Connect. Then go to the Events tab and locate the video recording that you want to save. Once you have accessed the video, click on the download button to permanently save the video file for future use.
Complete the following steps to save a video recording from the IPCAM-WO:
1. Login to Total Connect. Use your Total Connect account information to login to Total Connect. You can do this from a web browser or from a mobile device.
2. Find the video recording. After logging-in to Total Connect, you should see a tab called "Events". In your browser, this is on the left side of the screen. On a mobile device, it will be at the bottom of the screen (iOS device) or at the top of the screen (Android). Click on this tab to go to the Events Menu. All of the events that have occurred on your system within the past 90 days will be displayed here, including any time that your panel began recording video. Scroll through the list, and locate the video that you want to save. Click on that video to continue.
3. Save the video. Once you are in the menu for the video, click on the download button. Then, download and save the video for later use. After the file has finished downloading, watch the video to make sure it looks okay. You can then use the video however you would like.

4. Log-out of Total Connect. From the top of the screen, choose the option to log-out of Total Connect. You will then be logged-out of the Total Connect service.
