I had an old system that had 9 zones that stopped working after a bad thunder storm. I'm thinking it got hit by lightning. I chose the 50p because it came with 9 without needing to buy any other zone expanders or whatever. I don't like spending money on my security but I do need it to work. This works!

I got the 1321 and it made installation of my Vista 20P panel incredibly easy. This and the Tuxedo Touch were the most awesome products I bought in addition to my panel. I am loving these things.

Got this for my wife to use. Took a little getting used to, but she figured it out pretty quick. This key fob is awesome, and it make arming and disarming really easy. She's not a techy at all, and this made the whole getting an alarm thing easy as pie. She loves it, and now she's not complaining about the "complicated keypad thing."

I really hate the way most door contacts look. I was happy when my husband installed these because they aren't hideous, and they do their job just as well as any door contact we've ever used.

I installed this at my business and it is wonderful. We had a breakin last week, and thanks to this little device, the guy tried a smash and grab, destroyed our security panel. Thanks to the 5817cb, he was caught in the act! Nothing was taken.

Added this to the L5100PK kit and it works great. Did not want to risk setting off a panic alarm so the simple on/off buttons are perfect

I paid $500 in false alarm fines last year and was ready to cancel my alarm monitoring completely. Then while searching how to fix false alarms on google I found Alarm Grid. They told me about SIA systems and how they are designed to reduce false alarms. They helped me change out my old DSC system to the VISTA-20PSIA and now I'm feeling pretty good. I still have my system on test just in case but another week or so with no false alarms and I'll be ready to run it live thanks Alarm Grid.

I have a cell backup on my Honeywell system and I kept getting communication troubles. I get shoddy cell reception in my house on my iPhone so I was worried this may happen. Luckily I had an antenna I could add but didn't have all of the cables needed to connect the antenna to the cell backup. I was having a hell of a time finding this last cable until I stumbled across alarmgrid.com. When it arrived I could tell it was a quality cable and I haven't had a communication trouble since I installed it. It's only been 5 days but I'm hopeful.

I wanted to protect my warehouse. It's a simple building with just 2 doors and one overhead door but I checked with my city hall and they told me I had to use a SIA system. Even though the system is basic, it meets the requirements and I know I won't have false alarm fines. Recommended for anyone that has to use a SIA system.
