How Do I See Which Phones Are Paired to the IQ5 NS System?
To see which phones are paired to the IQ5 NS, open the IQ Installer app and navigate to Bluetooth Devices. The Paired Devices list shows every phone that is set up for Bluetooth disarming, so you can review or manage them. Because the IQ5 NS has no screen, this is all done within the app.
About Paired Phones
The IQ5 NS (available in AT&T LTE and Verizon LTE) can pair up to five phones for Bluetooth touchless disarming, which disarms the system from Armed Away when a paired phone comes within range. The Bluetooth Devices menu keeps a running Paired Devices list, so you can check exactly which phones are set up at any time. This is handy for confirming a family member's phone paired correctly, or spotting a phone that should no longer have access to your security system.
From that same list you can manage the phones you find, editing a device, changing its partition assignment, or deleting one you no longer want paired. If you have not set up touchless disarming yet, see our guide on how to pair a phone for Bluetooth disarming on the IQ5 NS. Checking the list first is a good habit before adding another phone, since the panel holds a maximum of five.
Before You Begin
Because the IQ5 NS has no screen, its Bluetooth Devices menu is reached through the IQ Installer app rather than on the panel. If you have not yet connected the IQ Installer app to your panel, see our guide on setting up the IQ5 NS with the IQ Installer app before proceeding. Bluetooth must also be enabled on the panel for paired phones to appear in the list.

Tips
A paired phone may show as "Not Connected" in the list even when it is set up correctly, which is normal, since the panel only connects to it briefly when the phone comes into range to disarm. If you see a phone that should no longer have access, select it and delete it, or use Remove All Devices to clear every paired phone at once. Remember the panel holds a maximum of five phones, so if pairing a new one fails, check this list and delete an old device to make room.
Checking which phones are paired to the IQ5 NS lets you confirm who has touchless disarm access and clean up any devices you no longer use.
