Hi, i already chose bronze self monitoring plan and I got a message setting up an AlarmGrid account so I can check the plan I got. What is the next step? I filled out the format asking for the model of the alarm, wifi address, and so on. Are you gonna send me a Totalconnect account to use it on the app?
Hi David, you should email support@alarmgrid.com with questions like this as we like to keep the conversation relevant to the Total Connect demo account on this page. With that said, you can certainly hook up all three keypads in parallel to the system and then power up. However, I don't believe your 20P will have enough power output to power (3) AUI touchscreen keypads so you should use an auxiliary power supply. The Check 100 would be displayed if you have wireless zones programmed with no wireless receiver attached to the system. Just to clarify, the Tuxedo is not a wireless receiver so you'd need a standalone receiver like the 5881ENL, 5881ENM or 5881ENH or you'd need a keypad with an integrated receiver like the 6150RF or 6160RF.
I try to set up a system today. I use Vista 20p, with 1 X Tuxedo Touch wifi, 1 X Tuxedo Touch and 1 X 6272. But I am totally new to those stuff, so I try to connect the keypad one by one starting from Tuxedo wifi, but it keep showing Faulted Zones 100 RF receiver. But I down know what to do next.... Also, I want to know which way to connect those keypad? Connect one after one? Or connect all and power on all at once?
It looks like some user changed the credentials. I just set them back to alarmgrid/totalconnect so you should be able to log-in now.

I've heard that DIY installs are not eligible for total connect. If I order from you, install myself, and then pay you for monitoring service, will I be eligible for total connect?
I just reset our account so the alarmgrid/totalconnect credentials should work again.
